1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of the Welder's Treasure Pack, a digital product sold by Verminion Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the product you agree to these terms.

2. The product

The Welder's Treasure Pack is a collection of digital PDF files delivered online after a one-time payment. No physical goods are shipped and there is no subscription.

3. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the files. You may build the projects for personal use or for commercial use in your own shop, including selling the finished pieces you build.

You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the files themselves, in whole or in part.

4. Safety and results

Welding and metal fabrication involve risk. You are responsible for your own safety, tools, materials and local codes. Measurements, costs and prices are references only; results and earnings are not guaranteed.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
